About the Artist

 

I grew up in Sammamish, Washington and Salt Lake City, Utah and currently live in Idaho with my husband and cats. In 2021 I earned my BFA in Studio Arts from Brigham Young University. I love music, reading, animated movies, and documentaries about animals.​ My art practice revolves around a deep-rooted love of fairytales and fantasy. It represents a constant effort to capture the expectancy and wonder of stepping into a story—to bridge the imaginary and the concrete through hand-cut collage.
